2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter
2 egg yolks slightly beaten
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix butter and sugar until creamy. Add egg yolks and vanilla, then flour. This dough is pretty stiff. Sometimes I add a little cold water so I can handle it better. Chill dough overnight. Roll out and cut them in shapes. Especially good for Christmas and Valentine's Day.:eek:
